Job summary

One&Only Moonlight Basin is seeking a Guest-focused Resort Manager to assist the GM by overseeing daily operations and providing strategic direction across departments. You will guide F&B, events, rooms, spa, and facilities to ensure smooth, profitable operations and a superior guest experience.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's in Hotel & Business Management with 5+ years in hotel leadership, strong US experience, and a proven ability to lead large teams, manage budgets, and drive service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Business Management.
• 5+ years in a Hotel Manager or senior leadership role in a large volume operation.
• Strong experience in the United States; international experience is a plus.
• Strong background in F&B and hotel operations.
• Demonstrated strong leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency with English; other languages are an advantage.
• Strong decision making and problem solving abilities.
• Strong business mindset with planning, organizing and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the resort and provide strategic direction for all departments.
• Plan activities and allocate responsibilities, supervising a large workforce for efficient operations.
• Manage budgets and analyze financial information to monitor profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to implement strategies for growth and guest acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.
• Maintain high service standards and develop learning and engagement plans for staff.
