Job summary

You will oversee Front Desk, Reservations, Food & Beverage and Housekeeping, coordinate with department heads, and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and a high standard of guest service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Hotel/Resort management.
• At least 1 year of restaurant management.
• Managerial experience overseeing a team in hospitality.
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in day-to-day resort operations and guest service standards.
• Oversee Front Desk, Reservations, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping.
• Interface with guests daily and resolve concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with department heads to monitor performance and profitability.
• Ensure adherence to hotel policies and corporate procedures.
• Coordinate with accounting and HR functions as needed.
• Support staff development, retention, and motivation.
• Ensure compliance with local/state/federal rules and resort policies.
• Maintain knowledge of restaurant operations and guest experience.
• Cover shifts and adapt to varying hours as required.
