Job summary

Capital Vacations in the United States is seeking a skilled General Manager to oversee all resort operations, day-to-day staff management, and guest satisfaction. You will act as an ambassador for the brand, coordinating departments and implementing service standards to optimize profitability and guest experiences.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Hospitality or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience as General Manager or similar senior operations role preferred.
• Strong leadership and financial management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resort operations and day-to-day staff management.
• Lead payroll submissions to HR and manage budgeting processes.
• Hold regular briefings with department heads and drive service standards.
• Navigate guest relations, complaints, and service recovery with a focus on satisfaction.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets, marketing plans, and capital budgets.
• Provide leadership to resort teams and coordinate with Owners and Board Members.
