Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a guest services/marketing coordinator to directly engage guests checking into resor ts. You will provide concierge-like service and drive meetings with member services to discuss owner updates and workshops, with incentives offered for participation.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales or marketing, solid computer and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a team setting within a shared space. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.

Responsibilities

• Direct, face-to-face marketing with guests checking into our resorts.
• Provide concierge-like service to all guests.
• Incentivize and schedule guests to meet with member services to discuss their owner update and workshop.
• The coordinator may offer gifts to the guest for participating in the update.
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of the guests that should be checking in during their shift.
