Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an entry-level sales/marketing coordinator to greet guests at our resorts and drive valuable interactions. You will provide concierge-style service, guide guests to owner-update discussions, and collaborate with resort teams to ensure smooth check-ins.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and comfortable use of general computer tools in a hospitality-driven environment. A high school diploma is required, with 1–3 years in sales/marketing preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or marketing experience preferred, not required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.

Responsibilities

• Direct, face-to-face marketing with guests checking into our resorts.
• Provide concierge-like service to all guests.
• Incentivize and schedule guests to meet with member services for owner updates and workshops.
• The coordinator may offer gifts to guests for participating in the update.
• Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in during their shift.
