Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an In House Marketing Representative to engage guests at our resort properties with direct, face-to-face marketing and concierge-like service.

You will encourage guest participation in owner updates and workshops, coordinate with resort staff, and help drive member services discussions. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in sales or marketing, strong written and verbal communication, teamwork in shared spaces, and a high school diploma (college degree preferred).

Qualifikationen

• 1 to 3 years of sales and or marketing experience is preferred, not required
• Maintain production standards
• Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required, College Degree is preferred

Aufgaben

• Direct, face-to-face marketing with guests checking into our resorts
• Provide concierge-like service to all guests
• Incentivize and schedule guests to meet with member services to discuss their owner update and workshop
• The coordinator may offer gifts to the guest for participating in the update
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of the guests that should be checking in during their shift
