Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Sr. In House Marketing Coordinator to support in-person guest marketing at resort properties. You will schedule meetings with member services to discuss owner updates and workshops, and may offer gifts to guests who participate in the update.

You will partner with resort staff to receive guest arrival sheets, distribute passes and brochures, and ensure weekly production standards are met while contributing to a high-energy, customer-focused environment.

Qualificações

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• Full availability to work weekends and holidays, daytime and nighttime.

Responsabilidades

• In person marketing with guests checking into our resorts.
• Schedule the guest to meet with member services to discuss their owner update and workshop.
• Offer gifts to guests for participating in the update.
• Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in during their shift.
• Distribute parking passes, activity schedules, and area brochures to guests.
• Meet production standards on a weekly basis.
