Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required.
• Experience in timeshare resort maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property upkeep based on standard operating procedures.
• Perform general repairs including painting, electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Coordinate maintenance of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
