Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Technician to upkeep the Sales Center and Welcome Center at our resort locations. You will perform routine tasks to keep facilities in excellent condition and support guest satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on maintenance skills, the ability to read work orders, and the willingness to perform a variety of tasks from painting to landscaping. Join us to support a growing, inclusive vacation experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Clean driving record with no significant violations.
• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry preferred.
• Experience in resort maintenance such as landscaping, construction, upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs (AC filters, fire extinguishers, appliances).
• Perform painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, drywall, and landscaping cleanup.
• Complete maintenance calls and notify the manager of issues.
• Assist guests when needed and perform other duties as requested.
