Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the Sales Center and Welcome Center facilities. The role involves preventative maintenance, repairs, and guest assistance across resort locations.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, a valid driver's license, and experience in resort maintenance such as landscaping, construction, and upkeep. Training will be provided, with safety and quality as top priorities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required.
• Good driving record essential.
• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry preferred.
• Experience in general resort maintenance (landscaping, construction, upkeep).
• Able to read construction work orders and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances.
• Maintains daily upkeep (painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall, landscaping cleanup).
• Completes maintenance calls and general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Notifies manager of any issues.
• Assists guests when needed.
• Completes all other duties as requested.
