Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the Sales Center and Welcome Center, performing routine upkeep and addressing maintenance requests.

The role requires carrying out preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, safety devices, and appliances; alongside painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, drywall hanging, and landscaping cleanup, with guest assistance as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Good driving record.
• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry.
• Experience in general resort maintenance.
• Able to read maintenance/work orders and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC filters, safety devices, and appliances.
• Paint, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping cleanup.
• Complete maintenance calls and notify the manager of issues.
• Assist guests as needed.
• Perform all other duties as requested.
