Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in a fast-paced resort setting. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to minimize downtime and ensure guest comfort and safety.

You will maintain the property's infrastructure, manage supplies, and coordinate with teams to keep heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems running smoothly across our resort locations. A strong work ethic and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Experience in timeshare resort maintenance is a plus
• Knowledge of essential maintenance tools and the ability to use them
• Ability to multi-task and handle maintenance issues

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems to minimize downtime
• Maintain property upkeep according to SOPs
• Order supplies and manage materials for tasks
• Coordinate heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Perform additional duties as assigned
