Job summary

Capital Vacations in Vermont is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the efficient operation of our resort facilities. You will focus on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime and maintain safety. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and experience in resort maintenance. Knowledge of power tools and the ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Experience in timeshare resort maintenance is a plus.
• Knowledge of essential maintenance and power tools and the ability to use them.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine repairs to resort facilities.
• Maintain property upkeep according to SOPs and safety standards.
• Order supplies and coordinate materials for tasks.
• Inspect and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
