Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the Sales Center and Welcome Center facilities. You will perform routine upkeep and respond to maintenance requests to keep spaces safe and welcoming.

You will implement preventive maintenance on A/C filters, fire extinguishers, plumbing, electrical systems, painting, and landscaping, and you will read work orders to prioritize tasks. The role supports guests and teams, offers growth opportunities, and requires a hands-on applicant

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Experience in resort maintenance or general upkeep preferred.
• Ability to read work orders and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement preventative maintenance programs (AC filters, fire extinguishers, appliances).
• Maintain daily upkeep (painting, plumbing, electrical, landscaping).
• Complete maintenance calls and notify the manager of issues; assist guests as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested.
