Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the Sales Center and Welcome Center. You will perform preventative maintenance, address repairs, and keep facilities clean and functional to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the timeshare industry.
• Experience in resort maintenance (landscaping, construction, upkeep).
• Able to read construction work orders and use basic tools.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Technician implements the upkeep and maintenance of the Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances
• Maintains daily upkeep, included but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean-up
• Notifies manager of any issues
• Assists guests when needed
• Completes all other duties as requested
