Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the upkeep of our Sales Center and Welcome Center. The role requires hands-on maintenance, preventative programs, and timely issue resolution in a resort setting.

You will perform painting, plumbing, electrical work, landscaping, and furniture handling while ensuring guest comfort and safety. A strong work ethic and knowledge of resort maintenance are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance is required.
• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry and resort maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances.
• Maintains daily upkeep including painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, drywall, and landscaping clean-up.
• Completes maintenance calls and general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Notifies manager of any issues and assists guests when needed.
• Performs all other duties as requested.
