Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the upkeep of our Sales Center and Welcome Center. You will perform preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and help ensure a welcoming guest experience.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, a valid driver's license, and experience in resort maintenance, with the ability to read work orders and use basic tools. Join our team to support our resort locations and guest services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry.
• Experience in general resort maintenance (landscaping, construction, upkeep).
• Able to read construction work orders and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances.
• Maintains daily upkeep including painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping cleanup.
• Completes maintenance calls and general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Notifies manager of any issues.
• Assists guests when needed.
• Completes all other duties as requested.
