Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of the Sales Center and Welcome Center across our resort portfolio. The role involves implementing preventative maintenance, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and general upkeep to ensure a welcoming guest experience.

Ideal candidates will have resort maintenance experience, be able to read work orders, and communicate issues to management.

Qualifications

• Implements preventative maintenance (AC filters, fire extinguishers, appliances).
• Maintains daily upkeep: painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, drywall, landscaping.
• Completes maintenance calls and upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Notifies manager of issues and assists guests when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and upkeeps Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Performs preventative maintenance tasks and routine repairs.
• Responds to maintenance requests and completes duties as assigned.
• Ensures safety and cleanliness of resort facilities.
