Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to resort accommodations, facilities and streets.
• Complete checklists of physical condition of resort accommodations prior to and after guest occupancy.
• Ensure resort is presentable and adheres to curb appeal standards.
• Maintain clean maintenance workshop and storerooms.
• Inspect playground, pool/spa, and other recreational amenities for good condition and minor repairs.
• Maintain resort pool(s) and test chemical levels.
• Follow safety procedures and operate vehicles between sites.
• Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
• Ensure uniform and professional appearance.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
• Availability for flexible shifts including second shift (2PM-10:30PM), weekends and holidays.
