Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality's Everline Resort & Spa in California's Olympic Valley seeks a maintenance-focused team member to handle guest requests and perform routine repairs across guestrooms and public areas.

You'll work with engineering staff, ensure safety, manage work orders, and assist with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in a dynamic resort environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in a similar building maintenance role.
• Experience with basic diagnostic devices and tools for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, and carpentry.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain safety and facility standards.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests to ensure comfort and safety.
• Assist engineering personnel with routine repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain guestrooms and public areas, keeping spaces clean and organized.
• Prepare for daily work assignments and review priorities.
