Job summary

Grand Pacific Resorts is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs within the resort facilities. Under supervision, you will handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC tasks, and basic carpentry with a strong emphasis on safety and service quality.

You will use CMMS and mobile apps to document work orders, triage facility issues, and coordinate with guests and team members to ensure timely, high-quality resolutions.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of maintenance experience in hospitality, building maintenance, or related trade.
• Basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair knowledge.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and operate mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on property, common areas, and guest rooms.
• Use CMMS to create and close work orders with data (labor hours, downtime, cause/remedy, parts).
• Inspect and maintain tools, equipment, and areas; identify shutdown valves; perform preventive maintenance.
