Job summary

Everline Resort & Spa in California’s Olympic Valley is seeking a maintenance professional to respond to guest requests, perform general maintenance, and help in repairs across the property. You will be part of a team ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for guests and colleagues while upholding service standards.

You will work on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks, using hand and power tools, and following safety protocols to keep guest areas well-maintained and inviting

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge in building maintenance fields with 1 year in a similar position or equal experience.
• Experience with diagnostic devices and training in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry knowledge and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering personnel with routine repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Respond to guest requests to ensure personal comfort.
• Maintain guestrooms and public areas, ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas.
• Prepare for daily work assignments and review priorities and special projects.
• Maintain safety and security of the property, guests, and associates.
