Job summary

Azul Hospitality in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain the resort's facilities and support the Maintenance Dept.

Responsibilities include painting, plumbing, electrical work, preventative maintenance for guest rooms and equipment, adherence to safety standards, and cross-training with other shifts. Must have strong mechanical ability and good communication.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in general building trades with maintenance background.
• English fluency required.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical work and other maintenance using hand tools.
• Conduct preventative maintenance for guest rooms and equipment.
• Maintain and repair HVAC, kitchen, laundry, pool and related systems.
• Follow safety procedures and lockout/tagout when performing maintenance.
• Cross-train with other team members and communicate with the Front Desk.
