Job summary

Red Cliffs Lodge Moab, part of Azul Hospitality, seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep guest rooms, facilities, and equipment in top condition. You will perform preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and safety-compliant tasks with a focus on guest satisfaction and reliability.

Requires 3–5 years in general building trades, high school diploma, English fluency, and a valid driver’s license. You will work a varied schedule to support a busy resort and may cross-train on different trades.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in general building trades.
• English fluency required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities.
• Perform preventative maintenance for guest rooms and equipment.
• Repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and associated systems as needed.
• Respond to alarms and safety hazards and report to management.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas following safety procedures.
• Cross-train on additional tasks as directed.
