Job summary

Azul Hospitality is seeking an Entry Level Maintenance Technician at The Bower Coronado in Coronado, CA. The role focuses on repairing and maintaining the resort's physical structure and supporting the Maintenance Department.

Responsibilities include painting, plumbing, electrical tasks, preventative maintenance of guest rooms and equipment, and safe operation of tools. Candidates should have a High School diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• English fluency required.
• Three to five years of experience in general building trades, with technical building maintenance (commercial) background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities using hand tools.
• Perform preventative maintenance for guest rooms and various equipment.
• Repair and maintain hotel facilities and respond to alarms as necessary.
• Follow safety procedures and report major repairs or hazardous conditions.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Cross-train as needed.
