Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; English fluency required.
• 3–5 years of experience in general building trades; commercial maintenance background preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; trade licenses preferred (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).

Responsibilities

• Perform minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical work with hand tools.
• Perform preventative maintenance for guest rooms and equipment.
• Repair HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen, laundry devices; monitor energy use.
• Replace air conditioner filters and repair vacuums.
• Respond to alarms and report to Front Desk; maintain clean work areas.
• Follow safety policies and cross-train as directed.
• Display strong mechanical ability and safe tool use.
• Notify management of major repairs needed.
• Support other duties as assigned.
