Job summary

Sun Outdoors is seeking a Resort Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance of resort grounds, facilities, streets and equipment at our Florida property. You will supervise a maintenance team and ensure safe, thorough completion of work orders.

Responsibilities include water testing where applicable, coordinating contractors, inspections of resident sites, and maintaining logs and inventory. You will work closely with the Resort Manager and respond to resort needs, including after-hours

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years experience in general maintenance, repair, and grounds.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, construction, pool and grounds maintenance.
• Proficient with hand tools and power equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and supervise work orders to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Perform water testing and maintenance of well-water systems and meters if applicable.
• Assist with grounds and facilities maintenance including lawns, pools, streets, and landscaping.
• Coordinate selection of contracted services and supervise on-site contractors.
• Conduct regular inspections of resident sites throughout the resort.
• Maintain safety protocols and proper storage of hazardous materials.
