Job summary

Sun Outdoors seeks Resort Maintenance Technicians to perform routine and preventative maintenance at its sunny Florida locations. You will handle repairs, grounds upkeep, pool maintenance and safety checks to ensure a welcoming environment for guests and residents.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be comfortable working outdoors, with basic plumbing and janitorial knowledge and strong tool skills. On-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Basic maintenance knowledge and ability to perform repairs.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power equipment and basic machinery.
• Ability to produce legible written reports and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance at Sun's resorts.
• Repair and maintain rental units, facilities and grounds.
• Inspect irrigation, playgrounds, pools, and other amenities for safety and upkeep.
• Maintain resort cleanliness and curb appeal per standards.
• Operate tools and equipment safely; on-call as needed.
