Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking an IT Technician to maintain lodge IT systems, support workstations, printers, and local servers. You will monitor the network, backups, and hardware performance, while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Ideal candidates have an Associates degree in IT, strong O365 and network knowledge, and experience with desktop/mobile OS and AV support. The role requires the ability to train staff and manage inventory on-site.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in IT or related field.
• Strong knowledge of O365, Microsoft Office, and network concepts (TCP/IP, SMTP, Ethernet).
• Experience with desktop/mobile OS and hardware; AV support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for lodge systems, including workstations and printers.
• Administer local servers, monitor network, backups, and hardware performance.
• Install, repair, and de-install computers and related equipment approved by corporate office.
• Train staff on systems and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate inventories and organized, safe workspace.
