Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on hotel facilities and equipment.
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing, electrical, and guestroom items.
• Maintain safety procedures and incident reporting.
• Keep records for mechanical and structural systems.
• Communicate daily activities and issues between shifts.
