Job summary

Powdr-Copper Mountain, LLC in Colorado seeks an IT Support Specialist Level 1 to support desktops, laptops, tablets, POS systems, RFID gates, and more. You will maintain servers, AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, backups, and file/print services while ensuring high service levels for staff and guests.

The role requires scheduling that includes weekends and on-call rotations; candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field and experience with VMware ESX and Windows

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, related studies, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing computers, network systems and related equipment for a mid-size business (1000+ users).
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft applications including Windows Server, Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Log and track issues in the IT ticket system daily.
• Update and develop computer systems within budget and plan.
• Maintain documentation and inventory of computer systems and assets.
• Provide responsive customer service to staff and vendors.
• Oversee telecom moves, adds, and changes (PBX/VOIP).
• Assist IT Director with budget forecasts and technology needs.
