Qualifications

• 2 years in administrative experience.
• 6 months experience with property management/reservation systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and residents, establish rapport and relay comments to management.
• Maintain petty cash and post expenditures to proper accounts.
• Answer phones, type, photocopy, fax, file and perform other duties as assigned.
