Job summary

Sun Outdoors is seeking a Customer-Focused Guest Services Coordinator to join our Sarasota, FL resort team. You will greet guests, support reservations, and perform routine office tasks in close collaboration with the RV Resort Manager.

Responsibilities include petty cash handling, deposits, confirmations in Yardi, and maintaining records with strong customer service and professional appearance. Proficiency in MS Office and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years in administrative experience required.
• 6 months in property management/reservation systems preferred.
• 6 months in hotel or resort front desk experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and telephone skills.
• Good problem solving skills and professional appearance.
• Proficiency with MS Office, email, internet and timely data entry.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and residents; relay comments to RV Resort Manager.
• Maintain petty cash and record expenditures.
• Answer phones, type, photocopy, file and perform other admin duties.
• Process deposits, fees, rents and receipts in Yardi; issue receipts.
• Prepare and distribute resort communications.
• Assist with reservations and guest relations events.
• Ensure office supplies are stocked and supply orders are prepared.
• Assist with marketing materials and move-ins/move-outs.
• Enter prospective resident data and approvals into the system.
• Review invoices and code payables for manager approval.
• Check guests in and out for reservations.
• Refer sales prospects to management and update records.
