Great Wolf Lodge in Webster, TX is seeking a Guest Service & Sales Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and confidently promote upgrades and resort features to boost revenue. You will leverage mobile tools and desk software to ensure seamless stays and strong guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service or sales experience, strong communication, and a knack for upselling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and/or sales experience.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell resort offerings.
• Flexibility with schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out using front desk software.
• Actively promote lodge offerings and upgrades to boost revenue.
• Engage guests to uncover needs and propose add-on experiences.
• Address inquiries with warmth and concierge-level service.
• Maintain records of guest stays, transactions and communications.
• Operate mobile devices and kiosks to deliver seamless service.
