Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months in groundskeeping experience preferred.
• 6 months knowledge of general grounds maintenance techniques required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community appearance to Sun's curb appeal standards.
• Maintain community vehicle and equipment.
• Picks up trash in common areas daily.
• Inspect irrigation system and perform repairs as needed.
• Perform weed control, mulch, plant flowers and trim shrubs.
• Operate resort vehicles to perform groundskeeping duties.
