Responsibilities include minor repairs, irrigation/pool inspection, and assisting with guest arrivals. Ideal candidates have GED or HS diploma and some maintenance experience, with ability to work outdoors year-round.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months maintenance experience in campground or RV resort preferred.
• General maintenance knowledge and repair experience.
• Ability to work outdoors in seasonal temperatures.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance across resort facilities and grounds.
• Complete minor repairs to rental units and common areas.
• Inspect irrigation, pools, playgrounds, and equipment; perform minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the resort.
• Assist with site setups and guest arrival/departure readiness.
• Follow safety procedures while operating vehicles and equipment.
