Qualifications

• Led large-scale resort or full-service hotel operations.
• Experience managing 400+ keys and multi-department operations.
• Own F&B from P&L perspective with accountability.
• Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction, revenue, and cost control.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the resort's performance across guest satisfaction, financial results, team engagement, and asset care.
• Partner with corporate leadership to develop and execute operational strategies and annual action plans.
• Direct oversight of F&B operations and financial performance.
• Ensure safe, clean, welcoming, and well-maintained accommodations and public spaces.
• Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing, service-driven team across all departments.
• Maintain strong operational discipline across all core resort functions and ensure compliance.
