Remington Hospitality in Orlando is seeking a General Manager to oversee the full operation of the hotel and outlets, including F&B, sales, engineering, HR and accounting.

You will lead the Executive Committee, drive revenue, ensure compliance, and develop leaders, delivering exceptional guest service and maximizing profitability.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strategic vision, high integrity, and the ability to maintain performance under pressure.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related business field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Rooms and/or Food & Beverage.
• Strong business communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsabilidades

• Lead hotel operations and all outlets including F&B, sales, engineering, HR and accounting.
• Develop and assure achievement of hotel revenues and profits, using forecasting and P&L management.
• Coach and develop leaders to exceed performance expectations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
• Lead the Executive Committee to meet property goals.
