Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a Guest Service Associate for our Front Office to welcome Owners and guests, handle arrivals and departures, and provide local information to create a personalized vacation experience.

This Full Time, on-site role requires a friendly, professional demeanor with flexibility to work weekends and holidays, and the ability to stand or walk for long periods. On-site parking and other perqs are provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out, arrivals and departures according to standards.
• Provide accurate information about the resort and surrounding area to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality; protect company assets.
• Respond to guest requests and coordinate with team to meet needs.
• Stand or walk for extended periods and assist guests with disabilities as needed.
