Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is seeking a Front Desk Specialist for our Myrtle Beach Oceanfront location. The role focuses on front-of-house guest service, check-in/check-out, folio transactions, and daily reporting while supporting the marketing Face to Face team during arrivals.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of hospitality customer service, strong communication, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in resort/hotel front office.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to learn timeshareware applications and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates guest check-in and check-out processes.
• Handles folio postings, reports, and cash handling.
• Assists guests with inquiries and room assignment concerns.
