Boardwalk Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a friendly Front Desk Reservationist to be the first contact for guests from around the world. This role handles guest registrations, reservations, and provides information on rooms and rates.

Responsibilities

• Represent our resort to guests throughout their stay
• Registering guests
• Assignment of rooms
• Accommodating special requests
• Maintaining inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
• Coordinate room status with housekeeping department
• Report any unusual occurrences or requests in a timely manner
• Manage guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Other duties as assigned
