Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations in New Orleans seeks a Front Desk Specialist to deliver an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out. You will handle folio transactions, run daily reports, and assist with room assignments while supporting the marketing team during check-in to owners and guests needing more information.

You will be the go-to tech resource for the business center and resort Wi-Fi, ensuring first and last impressions are positive.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience, and/or resort/front office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate guest experience from check-in to check-out; manage room changes, folio adjustments, and key issuance.
• Handle folio posting, cash handling, and end-of-day receipts.
• Assist Marketing face-to-face team during check-in and provide information to owners/guests.
• Serve as technical and service expert for the business center and resort Wi-Fi access.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping to expedite unit readiness; perform other duties as assigned.
