Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a part-time Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests, assist with registration, issue keys, and share information about the resort and nearby attractions.

You will collaborate with other departments, handle checkout procedures, and respond to guest inquiries with care. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour, with benefits available for 30+ hours per week and prorated PTO and holidays based on tenure and hours worked.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome from registration to checkout.
• Guide guests through the registration process and issue unit keys.
• Provide information about the resort and local attractions; collaborate with other departments as needed.
• Complete all checkout procedures and verify charges on guest folios; respond promptly to inquiries.
