Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests, assist with registration, issue keys, and guide visitors through the resort and local attractions.

Part-time with potential for full-time hours during peak season, typical shifts 7a-3p or 3p-10p; starting pay $18.50 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and more for associates working 30+ hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly from registration to checkout.
• Guide guests through the registration process and provide information about the resort and area attractions.
• Collaborate with other departments to assist guests during their stay.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify charges/credits in guest folios.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns quickly and thoroughly.
