Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete the registration process, including inputting and retrieving information, confirming guest details and room rate, selecting rooms, coding keys, and promoting events.
• Assist guests with check-out, process payments, and record forms of payment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel information including room types, rates, packages, and local area.
• Upsell hotel services to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, friendly manner.
• Handle guest complaints, research and negotiate solutions for satisfaction.
• Receive, input and relay messages to guests.
• Review daily arrival list and help assign rooms based on requests.
