Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Handle reservations and quote available rates to maximize room revenue and average rate.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities and hours of operation.
• Book room reservations and maintain accurate profiles and reports.
• Update reservation information and confirm bookings via email or letters.
• Provide directions to the property and information about area attractions.
