Responsibilities

Greet guests and complete the registration process, including inputting information and room rate.
Assist guests with check-out, processing payments and recording forms of payment.
Demonstrate knowledge of hotel services, room types, rates, packages and local area.
Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
Resolve guest complaints and negotiate solutions for satisfaction.
Receive, input, relay messages to guests.
Review arrival lists and assign rooms based on requests.
Keep front desk area organized and stocked with keys and keycards.
Follow company policies and maintain a positive attitude.
Respond to constructive criticism.
