Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management's Scottsdale property is seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate to warmly greet guests, register arrivals, and assist with checkout while upholding high service standards.

You will handle payments, input guest information, provide local recommendations, and respond to requests with a courteous, professional manner. Prior hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; education and experience may vary.
• Hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Basic calculator skills for moderately complex math.
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• Hearing and visual ability to observe emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and register them with accurate information.
• Handle room assignments, keys, and balance house bank.
• Process payments and post charges to guest rooms.
• Answer phones in clear English and relay messages.
• Close accounts at checkout and resolve guest issues.
• Address complaints and keep areas neat and safe.
• Follow all policies, safety, and fire procedures.
• Assist other front desk staff as needed.
