Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. in Miami is seeking a Front Desk Clerk to deliver exceptional guest and resident service on a full-time basis.

You will be the first point of contact, handle inquiries, process payments, and support daily office operations to ensure a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in customer service, strong organization, and the ability to learn new systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Willingness to assist across departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as the property liaison and provide guests and residents with information, responding to questions in person and over the phone.
• Process payments and deposits.
• Run reports and submit maintenance request forms to ensure office efficiency.
• Partner with your Property Manager and communicate frequently to address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction and address conflicts and solve problems promptly.
• Maintain workspace standards by keeping the front desk and surrounding reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Oversee retail and inventory, including restocking the retail store and tracking inventory levels.
• Manage guest reservations, coordinating check-ins, check-outs, and site assignments through the property management system.
• Act as a true team player by assisting other departments with tasks or projects as needed.
