Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties is seeking a Seasonal Front Desk Clerk in Deerfield Beach, FL. You will act as a property liaison, assisting guests and residents with information in person and over the phone, while processing payments and deposits to keep office operations smooth.

You will run reports, submit maintenance requests, and collaborate with the Property Manager to handle inquiries efficiently, always prioritizing guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Act as the property liaison and provide guests and residents with information, responding to questions in person and over the phone.
• Process payments and deposits.
• Run reports and submit maintenance request forms to ensure office efficiency.
• Partner with your Property Manager and communicate frequently to address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
